For our multinational customers, we translate and localize the content for hardware and software user’s guides, software user interfaces, web sites, online help files, and other technical documentation in a broad range of subject matters.
For our office in Amsterdam Sloterdijk, we are looking for a
JAPANESE PROJECT COORDINATOR (40 hours/week)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Proven experience with translation support tools (e.g. SDL Trados, MemoQ)
• Bachelor or Master level of education
• Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Very good command of English and Japanese (written and spoken) and at least one other European language.
• Excellent communication skills and professional attitude towards clients and suppliers
• Good team player and able to work in a multi-cultural environment
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage projects in multiple languages (from scheduling to post delivery follow up) in cooperation with other company’s departments
• Supervise all project teams involved, both internally and externally
• Communicate efficiently and professionally with international clients and suppliers
• Data preparation using translation software
• Monitor all project issues
