For our office at Schiphol we are looking for an Insides Sales Member (Fulltime)

Place in the organization:  The Insides Sales Member is reporting to the Sales Manager

Location: Schiphol

Tasks
- Edit suspect and prospect reports
- Making appointments for Account Manager
- Support Account Manager
- Measuring, recording and reporting customer satisfaction
- Tenders preparation, formation, monitoring, recording
- Maintain relations with external contacts
- Maintain customer information
- Improve, optimize and control processes with respect to customers
- Prepare sales reports
- Registering complaints and damages
- Carrying out other activities that fall within that function

Profile
- Education at least MBO+ level
- Number of years experience in logistics, air freight experience is required
- Preferably experience in multiple modalities
- Microsoft Office control
- Controlling Dutch and English spoken and written
- Commercial and communication skills
- Information service institution
- Flexible and no 9 to 5 mentality
- Be able to take initiatives
- Knowledge of logistics processes and related documents
- Organizational skills
- Be able to solve problems
- Social skills
- Be able to work independent
- Reliable, professional and proactive
- You know our customer focus and stick to commitments
