As part of our business expansion, we are looking for new team members to join us!
We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to take on new challenges and grow with our team.

・Prepare quotations, manage orders and deliveries, and support overall sales activities
・Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing customer data and follow-ups
・Communicate with international clients via email, phone, and online meetings
・Communicate with Japanese headquarters and factories for sales coordination and delivery scheduling
・Propose ideas and improvements for sales activities
・Create presentation materials and sales reports
・Participate in international exhibitions, including planning, preparation, and on-site support

We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and flexible, and who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, international environment.
・Business-level English (Japanese, Dutch, or other European language skills are a plus)
・Experience in sales assistance or office administration (3+ years preferred)
・Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
・Skilled in creating presentations and structured reports
・Interest or experience in trade shows and business events
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment

Experience in the maritime industry or manufacturing is not required.
We will provide thorough training on our products, industry, and essential sales knowledge after joining.

Employment Terms & Benefits
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills
Bonus: Available
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Holidays:　Saturdays, Sundays, and Dutch national holidays
