Position Sales support and administration (part time, full time for 6 months)
Job Description

This job is responsible for co-ordinating and operating sales administration and logistic arrangements of the branch. The person will need skills, experience, and good effort to ensure quick and accurate operation as well as customer satisfaction.

Duties include:
• Issuing Quotation, Order confirmation, Invoice documents together with cost calculation
• Receiving orders from our dealers/distributors
• Weekly reporting to branch manager about new/back orders
• A/R related input to accounting system
• Input of stock purchase
• Logistic arrangement of stock import and delivery to dealers through our logistic partner company
• Supporting sales staff, especially during their business trip
• Taking initiative to maintain up-to-date filing and clean & neat office environment
• Supporting other colleagues’ activity when necessary
• Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries as appropriate
• Providing ideas to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and saving costs
• Communicating with warehouse and local assembly partners
• Creation and maintenance of filing systems to ensure that all records are up to date

Job Requirements

• Working hours: 20 hours p/w (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) - 40 hours p/w (full time)
The contract period will be 6 months with the possibility for extension.
• English (fluent), Dutch and another languages would be a plus
• Experience with SAP system is a plus
• Accuracy
• Visa/residence permit holder for the Netherlands
