職種 Office facilitator & administrator - Fulltime (37,5 h) for 7 months (Maternity Leave replacement)

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international setting of 7 months. Directly under the HR & Facilities Manager, you focus on a wide variety of responsibilities. It is your responsibility to ensure that the business can continue by supporting on facilities, operational and administrative support.
If you are aiming for a diverse job with a fine balance between operational & administrative tasks, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You are the first point of contact for visitors by phone or when they visit the office. You also manage the office facility, office storage supplies, and canteen area. Also you provide crucial support to Management Board (Japanese and English are crucial, Dutch would be a plus.)

・ Conduct office facilities maintenance checks
・ Maintaining a clean office & canteen
・ Responsible for stationary & office supplies
・ Managing food & beverages for company training, client meetings and social gatherings
・ Support in expat-housing and related administration
・ Deputise for the Facilities Manager when appropriate
・ Responsible for the office item registrations

Customer support
・ Welcoming visitors & clients at the reception desk
・ First point of contact on Mizuho's central telephone line
・ Process the customer (employee) parking requests

Office Administration
・ In charge of the parking, business travel and credit card policy
・ Processing incoming & outgoing courier/postal services
・ Managing the company car administration
・ Support with regular reporting to Head Office for facilities
・ Support with employee Risk Inventory activities

Management Support
・ Serve as a Management Board secretary
・ In charge of arranging personal taxi driver
・ Support high profile visitors with visit/travel arrangements
・ Prepare schedule for regular Management Board meetings & related room bookings
・ In coordination with the Corporate Secretary assist with the Supervisory Board meeting materials

Education requirements
・ MBO/HBO (management secretary/facilities related is a pre)
・ Minimal 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
・ Experience in an international/corporate environment is a pre
