*** Role Overview
Fuji Trading (Marine) B.V. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Rotterdam. In this dynamic role, you will manage end-to-end sales administrative operations across both our Marine Stores and Technical Spares departments. You will serve as the crucial link between global shipowners, vessel managers, equipment manufacturers, and port logistics providers to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

*** Key Responsibilities
• Process RFQs (Requests for Quotations), issue accurate quotes for marine stores (deck/engine/cabin) and machinery technical spare parts, and issue purchase orders.
• Oversee the full order lifecycle from initial inquiry to supplier sourcing, delivery tracking, and final customer invoicing.
• Coordinate vessel delivery schedules with port agents, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams across major European ports under tight deadlines.
• Negotiate pricing, availability, and lead times with local and international suppliers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
• Manage export/import documentation, resolve delivery discrepancies, and maintain strong business relationships with technical superintendents and procurement managers.

*** Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or logistics within the maritime, supply chain, or trading sectors.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Japanese or Dutch is a strong asset.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with marine procurement platforms (e.g., ShipServ, MESPAS) or ERP systems.
• High attention to detail regarding product specs, part numbers, and cross-referencing.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
