As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for an HR Officer (mid-level) who is motivated to grow together with the company and contribute to strengthening our HR function.
This role offers the opportunity to help develop and strengthen the HR function as the company continues to grow.
【Job Descriptions】
・Handle general HR administration and employee relations
・Manage employment contracts and personnel records
・Support payroll coordination and attendance management
・Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding processes
・Support HR processes including performance review and employee development
・Contribute to improving HR systems and internal HR processes

・Business-level English communication skills
・Dutch language proficiency (reading and writing)
・Experience in HR, HR administration, or general affairs
・Good knowledge of Dutch labor regulations and the ability to stay updated on HR laws and practices
・Ability to work independently in a small and international organization
・Strong organizational and communication skills
・Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
(Preferred Qualifications)
- HR experience in a Japanese company is highly preferred
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
- Japanese language skills are a plus
