【About the Position】
We are looking for two motivated and skilled IT Systems Specialists to join our team and support the development, maintenance, and improvement of our internal IT infrastructure and business systems.
The successful candidates will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT environment, improving internal processes, and coordinating with external IT service providers.
Experience with business applications such as Personio (HR Management System) and Salesforce (CRM) would be a strong advantage.
【IT Infrastructure & Systems Management】
・Maintain, manage, and improve the company’s internal IT infrastructure and systems.
・Ensure the stable and efficient operation of IT equipment, software, networks, and business applications.
・Identify opportunities to improve existing IT processes and implement effective solutions.
・Support IT security, data protection, system access management, and backup procedures.
・Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees.
【Business Systems Administration】
・Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of internal business applications.
・Assist with the implementation and integration of new software and IT solutions.
・Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
・Support the effective use of platforms such as Personio, Salesforce, and other business systems.
【IT Vendor & Project Coordination】
・Act as the main point of contact for external IT vendors, service providers, and technical partners.
・Coordinate IT-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and improvements.
・Communicate technical requirements, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate service arrangements.
・Monitor vendor performance and ensure that IT services meet company requirements.
・Collaborate with internal departments to understand business needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.

【Requirements】
・Previous experience in internal IT support, IT systems administration, IT engineering, or a related field.
・Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and system administration.
・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
・Ability to manage multiple IT tasks and projects independently.
・Excellent communication and coordination skills, including the ability to work effectively with external IT vendors.
・A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
・Business-level English proficiency or higher is mandatory, both written and spoken.
・Ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English with internal stakeholders, external IT vendors, and business partners.

The following qualifications would be considered an advantage, but are not mandatory:
