【Job Description / Responsibilities】
Responsibilities of Personal Assistant to the CEO (70%)
As the CEO's personal assistant, expected to support the duties of the CEO as follows:
• Arranging all aspects of the CEO’s business trips, including flights, transfers, accommodation, dinner and transportation.
• Managing the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
• Preparing and coordinating the CEO’s internal and external appointments and bookings.
• Managing the CEO’s expense claims and processing related documents, including invoices, receipts, and debit notes for business trips and entertainment.
• Handling the receipt, distribution, and dispatch of the CEO’s correspondence.
• Receiving and attending to the CEO’s guests.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Providing support including residence management, personal scheduling, and confidential administrative assistance to ensure the CEO’s overall efficiency.
• Performing other ad hoc duties as required.
Responsibilities of Administrator (30%)
As an assistant on the HR & GA team, expected to perform simple & operational tasks as follows:
• Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and manage reception duties, including serving refreshments (e.g., coffee).
• Maintain the coffee machines and water dispensers.
• Manage office supplies, including stationery and canteen supplies.
• Handle protocol-related activities, and manage the memberships, and publication management.
• Arrange and manage business card orders for all employees.
• Check, receive, and distribute mail and packages.
• Coordinate arrangements for hotels, catering, dinners, and other services for visiting business travellers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

【Employment Terms】
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 (lunch 12:30-13:30)
Employment type: Full time (Part-time work is also negotiable).
Reporting Line : Managing Director (CEO) and HR&GA manager
Working style: Office (maximum two days WFH/week)
