第51回日本大使館杯・第41回JCC杯争奪　バレーボール大会開催のご案内

 

貴社益々ご清祥の事と、お慶び申し上げます。

さて、この度2019年開催以来3年ぶりに、日本大使館杯・JCC杯争奪バレーボール大会を下記の通り開催する運びとなりましたので御案内申し上げます。

在蘭邦人の親睦を一層深めるためにも本大会への多くのご参加をお待ちしております。

 

記

 

  1. 日　時 ：2022年10月15日（土）　9：00～16：00（予定）
  2. 会　場 ：Calandhal (ASDCA)　Eliza van Calcastraat 2, 1068RR Amsterdam（Tel: 020-6677333）
  3. 参 加 費 ：120ユーロ/ チーム
  4. 参加チーム確定後変更になる可能性があります。
  5. 大会前に銀行振り込みにてお支払いください。詳細は参加受付後にご案内します。
  6. 最小催行参加チーム数：8チーム（会場、運営の都合上、最大16チームまで参加可能です。申込期日前に参加チームが16チームに達した時点で受付を締め切らせていただきます。予めご了承下さい。）
  7. 特記事項 ：
    • コロナウィルス感染者数増加、蘭政府規制などを鑑み、大会を来年度へ延期する場合がございます。　予めご了承下さい。
    • 参加希望チームが8チームを下回った場合は、大会を来年度へ延期いたします。
    • 大会当日は、プレー中の選手以外の方々のマスク着用にご協力いただく予定です。
    • 当日のコロナセルフテストに極力ご協力ください

  9. 予選グループ／スケジュール：参加チーム確定後、改めてご案内申し上げます。
  10. 事前練習 ：詳しくは決まり次第、ご連絡させていただきます。
  11. その他 ：大会参加費には各種傷害保険は含まれておりません。怪我、事故等への対処は各自の責任となりますので予めご了承下さい。

別添①　　大　会　要　領

 

  1. 6人制バレーボールのルールを主に適用します。

The rule is followed by the official rule for 6 player volleyball with the exception of following local rules.

  1. 会場は体育館コートのため、天候に関わらず実施します。

It will be held in indoor courts therefore there is no cancellation due to the weather condition.

  1. 試合球は幹事側が準備します。

The match balls will be prepared by the organizer.

  1. 各チームに審判並びに点数カウントをお願いしますので、チーム内で審判を事前に決定してください。

Each team will be asked to take duty referees. (Main referees & counting score)

  1. 各試合は時間制限制のもとラリーポイントにて行います。なお、試合中のコートチェンジはありません。

“Rally Point” scoring within defined time. No court change during a match.

  1. グループ分けによる予選総当り戦を行います。勝ち点制により順位を決めますが、同点の場合は総得点の多いチームが上位となります。

The competition consists 1st heat and final round. According to the winning point, the order of final round will be decided. In case winning points are equal, then the total number of points during the game will define the order.

  1. 各組上位２チームが大使館杯、下位２チーム（１チーム）がＪＣＣ杯へ進出します。

（参加チーム数によって変更となる可能性がございます）

The top 2 teams of each group will proceed to the Ambassador Cup final round and other 2 teams (or 1 team) will proceed to the JCC Cup final round.

  1. 大会参加費には事故保険は含まれません。万が一、大会中に怪我・盗難等が生じた場合の対処は自己責任とさせていただきます。

The participation fee does not include any insurance for injury, theft etc during the event, therefore organiser is not liable in case of such unfortunate incident.

  1. 大使館杯、JCC杯夫々優勝チームが幹事となります。ただし本年度幹事と前回（昨年）、前々回（一昨年）に幹事をしたチームは幹事を免除します。優勝チームが免除に該当する場合、２位のチームが幹事となります。その２位のチームが免除該当の場合、３位、４位と該当するチームまで順次下がっていきます。幹事の代表は日本人の方にお願い申し上げます。

The winning teams of the Ambassador Cup and the JCC Cup will jointly organize the volleyball tournament for the next year. A winning team will be exempted if it has organized the tournament once during the past three years (current year, previous year, or the year before last). In that case the second winner will be appointed. In case the second winner is entitled for exemption, the third winner will be appointed and so on. The contact person for the organizing team should be Japanese.

別添②　　試　合　規　則

 

試合規則は、6人制バレーボールのルールを主に適用します。

The rule is followed by the official rule for 6 player volleyball with the exception of following local rules.

 

  1. １チーム3人以上の日本人が常時プレーしていること。

At least 3 Japanese players must be always playing in the court.

  1. チーム・選手構成は大会開始時のままとする（他チームへの移動は認めない）。

The member of the team are fixed at the beginning of the competition. (Players must stay in the same team during the competition.)

  1. 選手交代は、ボールデッドの時のみとする。

Substitution is allowed only during ball dead, otherwise no restriction of numbers of substitution.

  1. タイムアップは幹事（当日事務局）の合図とする。

The match time is announced by the organiser.

  1. サービスはエンドラインの後方全域で可能とする。
    （予選リーグ男子はアンダーハンドサーブのみ、女子は自由。決勝は男女自由）

During the the first heat only, male players are only allowed to serve under hand whilst female players are allowed to serve normally.

  1. バックアタックは禁止とする。

No backcourt spiking is allowed.

  1. 危険防止のため過度なパッシングザセンターラインやタッチネットは禁止とする。

No passing the center court and touch net is allowed.

  1. 他コートから試合中のコートにボールが入った時点でデッドとする。

In case there’re any other balls came into the court during the rally, referee will call ball dead.

  1. ネットの高さは２３５ｃｍとする。

The height of the net is 235cm.

  1. 試合開始時刻にメンバーが揃わない時は相手チームの勝ちとする。

In case a team failed to complete 6 players at the start time of the match, it will lose as forfeit.

  1. 作戦タイムは取れないものとする。

Teams are not allowed to request time out. There is no technical time out either.

  1. 男女の選手数に制限は無いものとする。

There is no restriction of number of male or female players in the team.

  1. １社でチームが組めない時は、他企業との混成チームでも良い。

A team can consists more than one companies in case it is not possible to form one team with one company.

  1. ポイントはラリーポイント制とする。

Rally Point” scoring within defined time.

  1. 審判への抗議は、いかなる場合にも認めない。但し、審判の気付かないプレーや判断には、チームのゲームキャプテンを通じて、審判に問い合わせる事が出来る。

In case of doubt in judgment by referee, clarification may be requested only through the team captain.

 

＊   上記の試合規則に違反したチームはマイナス１０点のペナルティーを科される。

上記の例外については幹事に一任する。

In case of violation of the above rules minus 10 point penalty will be given to the team. For the rest, it will be judged by the organizer.
