業務内容

Correspondence such as contact with customers and suppliers, negotiations (mainly by phone and email);
Handling purchase and sales orders;
Preparing invoices;
Handling import and export documents;
Responding to order and shipment-related inquiries;
Customer and product registration procedures;
Assist with Inventory Management;
Communication with forwarders for quotes.

必要応募条件、
能力、スキル

Good knowledge of English and Japanese language, both verbally and written, Dutch is a an advantage;
Experience with logistics-related work and/or order processing, preferably with EXACT online software;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Microsoft Excel in particular);
Attention to detail, able to handle procedures that require high level of precision;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Knowledge of both Japanese and Dutch culture and work ethics;
Well-organized and deadline-driven;
High standards of work ethics and the ability to maintain a professional relationship with peers, supervisors and subordinates;
Good team player, but also able to work independantly, taking own initiative;
Holds HAVO (or equivalent) or higher education diploma;
Holds valid EU work and residence permit (mandatory).

Full-time employee
Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 (40hours / week)
