(Full time 40 hours/week)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Keep the customers satisfied by arranging the delivery of good quality products
• Prepare quotations and internal administration sheets
• Make profit for the company by following the company policy
• Attract new clients
• Carry out excellent customer support
• Carry out sales promotion
• Ensure effective project coordination
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor or Master level of education in humanistic studies, preferably in Japanese
• 1 or 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the translation and printing industry
• Excellent command of English and Dutch (written and spoken), knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a strong professional attitude towards clients and suppliers
• Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email applications
• Good team player and able to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Sales/marketing focus, commercial knowledge
• Good negotiation and organizational skills
• Pro-active and self-motivated
• No 9 to 5 mentality
• Dutch work & residence permit
• Driving license
• Open minded and willing to work in an international business environment
