• Establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with distribution partners, physicians and any potential customer
• Providing necessary support and educational training to distribution partners
• Conduct customer visits and (technical) product presentations
• Work on sales support services and provide technical back up to customers as required
• Contract management and negotiation with distribution partners
• Organization of workshops to exchange knowledge between physicians
• Attend and exhibit at local and international tradeshows and conferences
• Travel 50-60% of time within Europe, occasionally on week-ends

• Fluent in English, another European language would be a plus
• Affinity with Japanese culture
• 2-4 years commercial experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Eagerness to learn about international sales, medical devices and human anatomy/diseases
• Well-organized and takes responsibility to finish given tasks on time
• High communication skills
• Has high standards of work ethics and the ability to maintain professional relationship with colleagues and supervisors
• Holds valid EU work and residence permit
