• Translation of English documents into Japanese or vice versa
• Prepare business proposal (“ringi”)
• Support in communicating with Japan headquarters
• Product stock management
• Preparation of device samples, exhibition material, marketing materials and any other materials
• Maintain, keep track and update internal documents and database
• Support in logistic arrangements (restaurants, flights, hotels, any other arrangements) for internal and external parties
• Attend and exhibit at international tradeshows and conferences occasionally within Europe
• Be the contact person for distributors to assist in their requirements if necessary.

• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Affinity with Japanese culture
• 0-2 years assistant experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Well-organized and takes responsibility to finish given tasks on time
• Has high standards of work ethics and the ability to maintain professional relationship with colleagues, supervisors and subordinates
• Holds valid EU work and residence permit
