業務内容

 Your position :
- Manage Collection report (Debit/credit
- report for customer and distributors)
- Reply the inquiry communicating by e-mail & phone call with customers, distributors.
- Make a quotation based on the requirement of customers and distributors by using
operating system. (Operation system is our specific design) Receive the PO and processing
the order for stock or production, and Manage the delivery date
- Communication of confirming and checking the delivery date with factory in Japan

必要応募条件、
能力、スキル

 Your profile :
- Knowledge of order processing & delivery management, and accounting, especially collection.
- English communication (Japanese, Dutch, or German language skill is welcome).
- MS Office & PC skill.
- A proactive, strong communication skills, good organization skills, team spirit and
corporate thinking.
- Resident in the Netherlands or work permit holder.

- Salary : Considered the expectation based on the experience
- Part-time: Minimum 4 days per week. Working hours are negotiable
