職種 Junior Accountant / Office Assistant

• Perform financial administration tasks such as booking invoices into our internal Project Information System and AccountView
• Work very closely with our external accounting partner sending weekly data such as bank statements, supplier invoices, client estimations, etc., and assisting with any questions they might have
• Assist with closing the fiscal year
• Be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, either on the phone or in person
• Be service minded towards colleagues, clients and suppliers and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Be responsible for the office supplies and premises and resolve any office-related issues
• Support any HR/Accounting/General affairs tasks if needed


• Minimum of 2 years working experience in financial administration
• Proven competence in financial administration systems, preferably AccountView
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
• Accurate, attentive to detail, proactive and with good organizational skills
• Service minded personality, committed, flexible, capable of meeting deadlines
• Representative and experienced in working in an international and multicultural environment

For our office in Amsterdam Sloterdijk we are looking for a Junior Accountant / Office Assistant for 40 hours per week (full time).
