職種 Accounting Administrator & Customer Service Support.

【Accounting Duties – 3 days per week: 】
1. Issuing weekly Sales Invoices.
2. Sending Sales invoices to Customers for payment.
3. Issuing Customer statements when required.
4. Credit Control – weekly chase up for overdue receipts.
5. Monthly Sales reports.
6. Bank & Petty cash monthly reconciliation.
7. Monthly ICP & VAT reporting.
8. Other Accounting duties when required.

【Customer Service Duties – 2 days per week: 】
1. Confirming receipt for Customer Sales Orders and inputting onto SAP system.
2. Dealing with urgent customer orders.
3. Sending delivery confirmations to Customers.
4. Updating Customers on a weekly basis with excel delivery confirmations.
5. Using Supply On system to retrieve and process Customer Sales Orders and input Advance Shipping Notification.
6. Regular communication with warehouse to ensure smooth running for customer collections.
7. Any other Customer Service duties as and when required.


Good written and oral communication skills in English,
Good interpersonal skills,
Experience on SAP system advantage but not required and previous data entry/administration experience is essential,
Must be efficient in Excel and Outlook.
They need excellent attention to detail and be an organized individual with great analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving, with the ability to work on their own and part of a small team.
