・Communicating with customers/suppliers for sales/purchase activities, i.e. marketing, price negotiation, inspection, documentation, payments follow up, claim settlement...
・Eexploring new customers, projects in various countries
・Building up new businesses including establishment of supply chain
・Resolving claim, customer’s complaints with technical/commercial approach
・Attending internal/external visitors including arrangement of flights, hotels and rental cars (with driving)
・Developing professional & technical knowledge by attending exhibitions, short term training at headquarters in Japan or any other branches worldwide
・Daily reporting to management

・Bachelor’s or higher degree
・3+ years of working experience (in sales/trading field is preferred)
・Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer oriented mind
・Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily directions from managers to accomplish target
・Proficient with e-mail and Microsoft Office applications
・Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external partners
・Challenge on new tasks to maximize performance, problem solving and results
・Strong organizational and time management skills
・Fluent in English (additionally any other European languages are advantage)
・Work permit holder in the Netherlands
・EU driving license
・Japanese is not mandatory, but person who is at least interested in Japanese culture is preferred
