職種 Administrative Coordinator (Office Administration Dept.)

・ Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
・ Serve as liaision with third-party and external service providers
・ Review revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure accuracy of monthly bookkeeping
・ Assist with (internal/external) financial and tax audit
・ Assist with corporate reporting requirements
・ Arrange payment with management authorization
・ Prepare information for payroll submission, including attendance control
・ Track invoices and payments to internal and external stakeholders
・ Coordinate activities related to onboarding and/or offboarding for employees, including visa arrangement for expats, etc.
・ Manage office supplies and place orders with management authorization
・ Assist employees and management whenever necessary


・ Right to work (e.g. EU nationality, Dutch work permit)
・ Business-level English
・ Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent
・ 2+ years working experience
・ Highly detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
・ Ability to meet assigned deadlines
・ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
・ Abiltiy to act and operate independently with minimal supervision
・ Proficienct with e-mail and Microsoft Office applications
・ Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies

Special remarks
・ Dutch speaker is preferred (to understand official government documents)
・ Japanese proficiency is not mandatory, but an interest and/or understanding of Japanese culture is preferred
・ Experience working in an international trading field is preferred
・ Strong understanding of accounting theory will be an advantage
