We have business units (branches) in 5 countries in Europe such as UK, Spain, Germany, France and Italy, as well as providing their high-standard logistics service widely around the world.

Currently, our HR department is looking for a HR administrator.
We are looking for someone who can do multi tasks. Someone who likes busy, someone who is energetic, like to organize, and like to learn a lot. There is no limitation to learn in this job. You will be able to do 6 countries HR administrations. If you are interested in the position and energetic and enthusiastic to learn things and support us!


Working place: Schiphol (Prestwickweg 62 1118LB)

Working hours: 32- 40 hours per week

A HR administrator is part of a team with 2 other colleagues in other location (Brabant) and is reporting directly to the European HR Manager.
There are almost 200 employees including all 6 EU countries plus expats.

Further objectives in this Role:

• Payroll administration (ADP)
• Sickness administration
• Recruitment support
• Onboarding & offboarding process
• 1st contact person for our employees
• Update employee’s information
• Support various projects
• Support improvements
• Ad-hoc tasks

Ideal candidates:

• Must have knowledge of sickness in NL (Poortwachter)
• Must know Dutch labor law.
• Experience in ADP is also a big advantage
• 3+ years experience as HR administrator or similar function.
• Strong communication skill with people
• Be able to work as a good team
• Experience within an internationally operating company – working with different cultures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook).

• Resident n NL and have valid work permit in NL
• Be able to come to office to work
• Must know Dutch labor law
