※This position is temporary until the end of June 2021 but there is the possibility that this contract would be extended.
※Working days: 3 days (7.5 hours per day) or 5 days (3 hours per day) per week. Attendance to office at least 2 times a week otherwise can work from home.
・Record and journalize accounting activities, including examine invoices, entry to the accounting systems, process payments
・Review sales record, outsourcing contractors and other sections to generate proper sales invoices
・Support to audit（Internal and External）activities
・Provide various general administrative work including, but not limited to, word processing, reception/telephone handling, mail distribution, travel arrangement, and purchasing office supply,Visa acquisition support (ICT and Highly skilled Immigrant visa)
・Additional accounting and administrative responsibility, including IT issues Research various administration and accounting issues
・Supporting the dispatched employees with issues related to living in The Netherlands
・At least 1 year work experience in an enterprise
・Dutch residence and work permit holder
・The experience of accounting or administration work is also preferable.
・Language skills: Japanese – Preferably Native level (reading, writing and speaking), English – Business level (reading, writing and speaking), Dutch is also preferable.
・Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point).
