||Market Segment Supervisor (M/F/O)
-Managing RFQ´s, general issues for AgriCon and OE-IND business only for JPN products.
-Supporting in planning for Sales strategy.
-Developing European market analysis.
-Working on price decision, quotations and profit analysis.
-Working on project and action plan control.
-Follow-up of sales activities (contracts, orders etc.) in cooperation with Sales Representatives and Customer Service.
Budget and reporting (BIS)
-Genpo support in sales (BIS)
-Yellowfin check/correction after upload
-Budgeting for small customers
Decisive authorities / responsibilities
-Good communication between JTEKT Japan and BIS.
-Responsible for making accurate reliable quotations, analysis and good control of projects and action plans.
-Academic degree or HBO Bachelor Business Administration (marketing/ Sales/Communication) or equivalent obtained by experience.
Skills / Experience
-Minimum of 5 years experience in an international/sales organisation in the field of sales/marketing.
-Experience to work independently and accurately.
-Basic understanding of manufacturing/trading/exporting processes.
-Basic understanding of bearing distribution market.
-Good command of MS Office, Outlook and SAP.
-Excellent level of Japanese and English in speech and writing.
-Autonomous and structured way of working
-Very good organization skills and the ability to understand complex topics fast.
