・Sales of cutting/welding equipment and accessories in European, Mid-East and African market.
・Handling customers and dealers through purchase to sales in all aspects of business, i.e. marketing, visiting, quality checking, pricing, negotiation, managing documentation, payments & profit calculation.
・Taking care of existing customers & explore new customers in various countries.
・Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, & making recommendations.
・Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
・Reporting to management by submitting daily activities & own analytical thought.
・Self planning daily schedule.
・You are responsible for the turnover of your customer portfolio
・You will regularly call/visit customers to discuss about orders, extra sales and promotions of new products
・Follow up on delivery issues and coordinate the delivery of the order.
・You will prepare/make quotations for your clients.
・You make sure to follow up non payments (together with the finance department)
・Complaint management if this happens.
・Bachelor or similar degree
・Fluent in business English and Dutch (additionally any other European languages are advantage).
・Knowledge in using: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Power Point etc.
・Ability to work independently with minimum guidelines as a good team player.
・Possess good communication skill, able to multi-tasking and self-motivated.
・Possess a positive working attitude and willing to continuously learn and improve.
・Flexible work style, adapting changing work and client needs.
