NK supports energy transition and sustainable development worldwide via investment in projects focused on new business models such as flexibility assets (energy storage) and venture capital in energy transition startup through NKEE in Europe.
Responsible for all administrative functions and support the finance manager on accounting and human resources matters. The role is reporting directly to the Executive Director, Head of Corporate Team of NKEE and shall work in close liaison with the finance, legal and technical team.
• All administration matters, including office management, of NKEE and its subsidiaries
• Support general accounting for NKEE and its subsidiaries
o Monthly, quarterly and year-end closing procedures
o Payments and cash-flow management
o Annual closures and consolidation with the external auditors
o Tax, including VAT and CIT in- and outside the Netherlands
• Support HR for NKEE
o Personnel administration (including expats)
o Payroll (liaison with local accounting firm and HQ)
o Pension, occupational health and safety services and related
• Support an implementation of a document management system
• Organize board meetings of NKEE and its subsidiaries
• Improve work process
• Any other ad-hoc administration and/ or finance related tasks
