職種 Management Sales Assistant
業務内容

In this role you support financial & accounting operations by controlling of (SAP) financial & accounting system information. You work closely with the Accounting Manager. In this role you also support the sales area and working closely with the Sales colleagues, Sales Manager, suppliers' logistics department, customers' procurement department, customers' logistic department and freight forwarders to ensure seamless coordination of customers' product evaluation support, sales orders, inventory management and efficient delivery processes. You also report monthly the sales results to the Accounting Manager.

必要応募条件、
能力、スキル

• You have a completed MBO+ education;
• Preferably you have relevant work experience in a similar position as Accounting / Sales Assistant;
• Preferably you have experience with SAP or are willing to learn it;
• You have an affinity with numbers, sales and customer service;
• You have a good command of the Japanese and English language and preferably the Dutch language.
