JCC / JETRO / NRF Seminar EU Compliance seminar for Japanese Companies Competition Law, Crisis Management, and AI
JCC is pleased to invite you to a seminar organised in cooperation with JETRO Amsterdam and Norton Rose Fulbright (NRF) on Wednesday, 10 June 2026.
As global regulatory landscapes continue to evolve and enforcement in the EU becomes increasingly complex, it is essential for companies to understand both the latest developments in competition law and the compliance challenges created by geopolitical uncertainty. At the same time, emerging technologies such as AI are reshaping corporate compliance frameworks and regulators’ expectations.
In this context, our seminar will provide a practical overview of EU and Dutch competition law, discuss crisis management strategies in an era of geopolitical instability, and explore the growing impact of AI on compliance. The seminar will consist of two sessions followed by a panel discussion, with opportunities for Q&A throughout.
While the first session will be conducted in Japanese, the second session and the panel discussion will be conducted in English. For the second session, we will prepare presentation slides in both English and Japanese. Before we start our program, lunch will be served at the venue. Our program will end with a coffee break for networking.
If you wish to participate, please log in as a member on the JCC website and register by 29 May 2026. Please note that seminar registration is on a first‑come, first‑served basis. As the seminar venue has limited capacity, we encourage you to register early.
If you have any questions, please contact the JCC office.
We hope you will find the seminar insightful, and we look forward to your participation.
