Position Sales Support Coordinator
Job Description

• Build and maintain a close relationship with Japanese Customer (mainly HQ in Japan) and European vendors.
• Issue purchase order and follow order schedule, arrange shipment with vendors. (Trading with Japan and worldwide hose sales)
• Draw up periodical sales forecast and other related reports.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in English and Japanese
• Have attention to details.
• Have a working visa (not freelance visa)
• Full time work at office, Monday to Friday. Part time work 32 hours is possible.
• Experience in international trading business is preferable.
• Business trip availability is preferable.

Buitenveldertselaan 106, 1081 AB Amsterdam

Other Remarks

• From 3,000 EUR based on 40 hours and holiday allowance (Negotiable depending on experience)
• 25 vacation days + public holidays

• The first month is trial period. After an interview, term employment up to 2 years. Consider permanent employment at any time according to performance, ability, and requests.
