Sazanka Restaurant is a Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant where the Chefs will prepare the most delicious fish, meat and vegetarian dishes on a hot iron griddle at your table. Sazanka Restaurant is opened from 6 PM until 10 PM.
As Waiter/Waitress you are responsible for offering excellent service in our Sazanka Restaurant. Amongst other tasks, you are responsible for taking orders, serving dishes, handling payments and cleaning of the tables and restaurant. You have intensive guest contact and are willing to offer our guests excellent service. We are looking for a fulltime Waiter/Waitress for our Sazanka Restaurant. Your main tasks will be:

・Operational tasks in the restaurant, such as taking orders, serving guests and handling payments;
・Pro-actively selling restaurant products;
・Working in a multicultural environment;
・Maintaining excellent contact with guests in foreign languages;
・Performing Mise and Place activities in the restaurant;

We expect from you that:

・You show similar work experience (1-2 years) in luxury hotels and/or restaurants
・You are fluent in English (oral and written). Dutch language skill is of course a strong point ;
・You are flexible in regards to your work schedule;
・You are guest oriented;
・You have eye for detail;
・You are living in Amsterdam or surrounding area.
