Job Description |
EVENT MANAGEMENT
• Support for events such as virtual events, congresses and internal/external meetings
• Preparation of device samples, exhibition material, marketing materials and any other materials
• Support in logistic arrangements (restaurants, flights, hotels, any other arrangements) for internal and external parties
• Attend and exhibit at international tradeshows and conferences occasionally within Europe
MARKETING
• Support the European Education Program by providing theoretical and hands-on trainings to participants
• Online Marketing: support online marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube) in collaboration with the sales & marketing coordinator and product managers
• Product stock management
• Budget management: tracking of expense in line with set budget

Job Requirements |
• Willingness to help and be proactive
• Initiative: ability to come up with original ideas in addition to assigned tasks.
• Presentation skills, or is willing to grow as a presenter
• Background in event/conference management is a plus
• Affinity in marketing and knowledge in design software (Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
• Creative mind
• Fluent in English (any other additional European language and/or Japanese is a plus)
• Affinity with Japanese culture
• 0-4 years of working experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software & Data Management
• Well-organized and takes responsibility to finish given tasks on time
• Has high standards of work ethics and the ability to maintain professional relationship with colleagues
• Can travel approx. once a month for event support
• Holds valid EU work and residence permit, and live within commuting distance to Amsterdam.
