【Cancelled】JCC New Year Reception

 

Dear JCC member,

Thank you very much for your continued support.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your understanding and cooperation in JCC as a prominent member.

The JCC Board have been discussing the possibility organizing the Annual Ordinary member meeting and the JCC New Year’s Reception (Gashi Kokankai) at the Hotel Okura Amsterdam on January 14, 2022 starting from 17.00.

We regret to inform you that, according to announcement by the Dutch government on December 14, we have decided not to organize the new year reception this year. We apologise to all those who were looking forward to it.　We are considering holding a members’ networking event in the spring, subject to the situation in Corona and the relaxation of the Dutch government corona measurements.

The annual general meeting for ordinary members will be held via Zoom online meeting on 14 January 2022 at 16:00 pm as planned, and we will send a separate invitation to ordinary members soon.

Your kind understanding is very much appreciated.

We do hope that we can get together in spring time so until then, please stay safe and healthy.
A little bit early but have a nice Christmas season and a happy new year.

賀詞交歓会中止と2022年会員ネットワークイベントについて

 

平素は大変お世話になっております。
日頃より弊所の活動へご理解御協力を賜り厚く御礼申し上げます。
さて、弊所ではこの数か月、2022年1月14日(金）ホテルオークラ・アムステルダムで開催予定の2022年度通常会員総会、賀詞交歓会を開催可能か否か検討を重ねてまいりました。　大変残念ながら、12月14日の蘭政府会見の発表内容を受け、この度の賀詞交歓会を断念せざるを得なくなりましたことをお知らせします。私ども同様、楽しみにされていた会員の皆様におかれましては大変申し訳なく存じます。　今後コロナの状況と蘭政府の規制緩和を注視しつつ、春以降の会員交流イベント開催を検討してまいります。

通常会員総会は予定通り、2022年1月14日16時からZoomオンライン会議で開催いたしますので、通常会員の皆様には別途ご案内をメールでお送りします。
本件、何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
