JCC will host the seminar titled above on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 27 (Netherlands time) with the full cooperation of the JETRO Amsterdam Office and HEUSSEN Advocaten & Notarissen.
Have you ever felt uncertain about HR and labor management in the Netherlands, wondering, “We’re managing things somehow, but is this really okay?” or “I’m worried we might not be complying with the latest Dutch employment law?” Dutch employment law is constantly evolving, and companies often face risks without even realizing it. In this seminar, we will first review the basic framework of Dutch employment law (the fundamentals you’re too late to ask about now) and then explain key practical topics to watch out for in 2026.

The seminar will be conducted primarily in English, but supplementary materials in Japanese will be distributed at a later date. Furthermore, a networking session will be held after the seminar, providing an excellent opportunity to exchange information with business leaders, HR professionals, and legal representatives from other companies.
