JCC/JETRO/Norton Rose Fulbright seminar on GDPR

Dear JCC member companies,

We are pleased to invite you to the seminar which will be held in the afternoon (CET) on Tuesday, 18 June 2024 with full supports from Norton Rose Fulbright and JETRO Amsterdam.

The GDPR turns 6 this year and has changed the way both consumers and businesses look at personal data.

It has been an example for many legislators around the globe for their own privacy laws.

During this seminar, Mr. Jurriaan Jansen (Partner, Norton Rose Fulbright) will touch upon some of the main GDPR principles, provide insight in the priorities of EU regulators, and give an update on the enforcement landscape. The seminar will conclude with a Q&A.

The seminar will be in English, but we will prepare presentation slides both in English and Japanese.

Before we start the session there will be lunch served at the venue. After the Q&A, there will be a networking.

Please register your attendance no later than Tuesday, 11 June. We will send a detail just before the seminar to registered people.

Please note that registration for this seminar will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is highly recommended because of the limitation of the seminar capacity.
