In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for both information and technical support, while also providing essential assistance to our commercial operations. Working closely with the team, you'll help drive the success of our cutting-edge technology across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to machine sales and rental and technical support inquiries.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and carriers regarding import & export shipments.
• Prepare and distribute sales and rental proposals, order confirmations and invoices.
• Review and process machine and other procurement related invoices.
• Arrange customs formalities and international transport documentation for the import and logistics of the export and/or delivery of GIKEN machines.
• Coordinate the European deployment of instructors from the head office in Japan.
• Create sales reports and analyses.
• Support marketing activities and event management.
• Miscellaneous sales-related activities and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus!
• Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Team player with attention to detail, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and some experience in sales support or a related field.
• MBO+/HBO level of education and/or analytical ability.
• Valid EU work and residence permit.
