International Sales Account Manager – Northern Europe (UK, Nordics & Baltics) |
Job Description |
As our International Sales Account Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the UK, Nordics, and Baltic states. In this allround sales role, you understand their needs, offer tailored advice, and guide them from initial inquiry to delivery and aftersales.
With your extensive sales experience, you’ll manage an existing portfolio of business clients and help expand our reach by developing new opportunities. Besides managing the existing portfolio, you also keep an eye on potential new customers and help your colleagues to succeed together as a team. You’ll actively support and collaborate with colleagues, using your expertise to help them accelerate their sales efforts and contribute to commercial success across other regions.
Your tasks include:
• Advising customers on product applications and handling quotations, orders, and deliveries
• Spotting commercial opportunities, contributing to marketing and business development
• Qualifying new leads, researching markets, and identifying new customer segments
• Supporting teammates to accelerate their sales efforts
• Attending international trade shows and presenting our product range to potential clients
• Acting solution-oriented and customer-centric in every interaction

Job Requirements |

You bring:
• Bachelor's level thinking and solid experience in a commercial role (inside sales, account management or B2B sales)
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to contribute to continuous innovation
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus
• Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
• A collaborative spirit with a strong sense of responsibility
