||Freight forwarding and sales representative
We arrange marine logistics service for ships.
・Communicating with ship owners or management companies by e-mail / phone.
・Checking / submitting a quotation for forwarding.
・Arranging forwarding (making shipping document, booking & tracing freights etc.)
・Making an invoice
・Checking, registering on system and labeling incoming cargos in the warehouse
*Mainly you'll work in office but also often go to the warehouse to check cargos.
**You have to discuss and adjusting the delivery plan with customers/internal logistics team/dealers.
・Work permit holder in the Netherlands
・Basic knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook / Excel / Word)
・Language: Fluent in English & Dutch
・Good skill of managing multiple office tasks
・Good skill of adjusting plans together with several parties.

Working conditions: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00 (lunch time: 12:00 – 13:00)
