Position Administrative Coordinator -Definite Period of Employment (7 months)- Food Dept.
Job Description

・ Serve as liaison between employees/managers, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, customers, and external advisors.
・ Contact with suppliers and our head office/branches to make business smoothly.
・ Share market information and shipping conditions with head office and other foreign offices.
・ Create business documents as required, including contracts, invoices, etc.
・ Control shipment schedule and facilitate logistics for cargo transportation.
・ Book containers based on requests from a manager.
・ Prepare monthly business reports.
・ Search data and summarize it to analyze the market situation.
・ Market research for new items.
・ Arrangement and support for business trip (hotel/rental car arrangement, research travel restrictions etc.)

Job Requirements

・ Bachelor’s degree or more.
・ Business level English.
・ 2+ years of experience in administration.
・ Interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
・ Strong task and time management skills, and detail-oriented.
・ Proficient with e-mail, Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems.
・ Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all stakeholders.
・ Willing to take on new challenges to maximize performance and results.

Preferred Skills
・ Japanese language proficiency.
・ Experience in international trading field with knowledge of Incoterms and Shipping Documents.
・ Experience in food business field especially seafoods.
