Administrative Coordinator (Food Dept.) |
Job Description |
・ Serve as liaison between employees/managers, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, customers, and external advisors.
・ Contact with suppliers and customers, our head office/branches to make business smoothly.
・ Coordinate process/delivery order, and collect relevant evidences for stock management for both import and export.
・ Assist with monthly VAT declaration and coordinate with external advisors.
・ Create business documents as required, including contracts, invoices, etc.
・ Control shipment schedule and facilitate logistics for cargo transportation.
・ Search data and summarize it to analyze the market situation.
・ Market research for new items.
・ Support quality control.
・ Arrangement and support for business trip (hotel/rental car, etc.)

Job Requirements |
・ Bachelor’s degree or more.
・ Japanese language proficiency.
・ Business level English.
・ 2+ years of experience in administration.
・ Interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
・ Strong task and time management skills, and detail-oriented.
・ Proficient with e-mail, Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems.
・ Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all stakeholders.
・ Willing to take on new challenges to maximize performance and results.
Preferred Skills
・ Experience in international trading field with knowledge of Incoterms and Shipping Documents.
・ Experience in food business field especially seafoods.
