-Reporting to the Management of Finance & Accounting.
-Maintain and review daily financial records.
-Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.
-Prepare budgets regularly.
-Monitor expenditures and profits and provide monthly reports.
-Evaluate internal management systems, procedures, and risks to provide recommendations.
-Managing and monitoring business bank accounts and preparing financial statements.
-Communication and reporting with external accounting and partners.
-Communication with external partners regarding monthly payroll payments.
-Preparing invoices related to the Account Receivable, and handling invoices related to the Account Payable.
-Checking and addressing Account Receivable if paid on time, and sharing with the -sales team and Management.
-Filing of applicable required tax forms.
-Tracking and maintaining the company’s fixed assets.
-Preparing various management accounting reports.
-Processing VAT and Corporate income tax returns to the Dutch & other country tax authorities with the Tax service provider.
-Updating and maintaining various masters of the ERP system.
