Norinchukin Bank Europe (NBE) opened its office in Amsterdam in 2019 and is a subsidiary one of Japan’s largest and oldest financial institutions. Norinchukin Bank was founded in 1923 and is a cooperative bank with its roots in agriculture, fishery and forestry.

We are looking for a Facility Officer in our HR & Facility team. As we grow rapidly, the position is developing in the same way.In this position, you will be dealing with the following:
• Organise staff events and off site meetings
• Manage all aspects of office maintenance and premises administration
• Liaise with the Office Maintenance companies and building management
• Contact person for other tenants from the building and all contractor/engineer visiting our office
• Welcome all visitors
• Keep the Bank's insurance policies up to standard and ensure that all relevant staff are given full details of insurance cover
• Responsible for all health and safety issues including RI&E and BHV
• Coordinating different Facility projects and supporting in HR projects when needed
