Position Corporate Support Assistant
Job Description

At Yamato Transport Europe B.V. HQ we are currently looking for an assistant to support the activities of the Corporate Support Department.

The role of the Corporate Support Assistant is to support the Officer Corporate Support on several projects and perform daily (administrative) tasks mainly on the following area’s :
• Business Strategy
• General Affairs
• Human Resource

First, you will have the chance to experience different areas as support for a certain period of time, and depending on your skills and experience, you will have the opportunity to be in charge of a specific area.

Job Requirements

• Good command of English and Japanese, both verbally and written (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience and/or affinity with the corporate support areas as mentioned above
• Being able to handle tasks that require a high level of precision
• Well-organized way of working
• Flexible and independent mentality
• Working in a small team
• High standards in work ethics and manners

*Working hours: 40 hours per week (Be able to come to office to work.)
*Resident in NL and have valid work permit in NL
(WHP/WHS are not inappropriate.)
